We ship worldwide except to the USA. Our main market is the European Union plus U.K.
We use the following shipping-services:

Shipping charges are based on weight, destination and delivery time, please account for the following charges when ordering:
- Quick-Shipping: shipping time: 1-2 days (within EU) or 3-7 days (for deliveries to outside of the EU); small parcel until 2 kg; registered shipping with tracking number; done by DHL Express, UPS, TNT or DPD; signature required at delivery; costs: 55,- Euro (within EU) or 85,- Euro (for deliveries to outside of the EU)
- Standard-Shipping: shipping time: 2-4 days (within EU) or 3-7 days (for deliveries to outside of the EU); small parcel until 2 kg; with track and trace; NO signature required at delivery; delivered into mailbox; costs: 10,- Euro (within EU) or 20,- Euro (for deliveries to outside of the EU)
- Registered-Shipping: shipping time: 2-4 days (within EU) or 3-7 days (for deliveries to outside of the EU); small parcel until 2 kg; with track and trace; signature required at delivery; costs: 16,- Euro (within EU) or 16,- Euro (for deliveries to outside of the EU)
- Safe-Shipping: shipping time: 3-5 days (within EU) or 3-7 days (for deliveries to outside of the EU); standard-size letter; NO tracking number; delivered into mailbox; costs: 10,- Euro (within EU) or 15,- Euro (for deliveries to outside of the EU)
- NO DELIVERY GUARANTEE CAN BE GIVEN by Thecaliconnection.eu on letters/parcels shipped WITHOUT tracking-number!
- For all orders equal or above 120,- euro (e.g. 2 packs from the Original Line or 1 pack from the Gold Line) the ‚Standard-Shipping’ and ‚Safe-Shipping’ option are FOR FREE!
- The ‚Quick-Shipping’ and ‚Registered-Shipping’ option have a standard-price, which does NOT apply for free-shipping at any order value.
- All orders are shipped in plain envelopes or delivery-boxes without any signs of the content or Thecaliconnection.eu on the outside.
- Orders paid without credit card will be prepared and dispatched as soon as your payment has been received in our banking account.
- Your order will be delivered to the shipping address on your order confirmation form.
- We must have your correct and complete address and postcode and for ‚Quick-Shipping‘ also your telephone number, in order to be able to fill in the address form for the delivery service.
- After your order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking info of your order by email. (=website and tracking-number of the used shipping-service).
- WE GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER!
- If your order does not get delivered or is delivered damaged, we will reship your order or refund it in full.
- For customers choosing for the ‚Safe-Shipping‘-option (=without tracking number) we CANNOT GUARANTEE the delivery. The delivery is at the customers risk here, if the envelope disappears in the mail or gets lost or stolen, we will NOT replace or refund the order.
- Your goods should be normally with you within 2-4 working days (within the EU) or 3-8 days (for deliveries to outside of the EU)
- If your order does not arrive within 5 working days (within the EU) or 10 days (for deliveries to outside of the EU) please notify us immediately!
- If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take a picture and contact us directly per e-mail and write to firstname.lastname@example.org
- For orders shipped to outside the European Union you may become liable to Customs and Excise Duty, please check with your country laws to see if this is the case.
- The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees, should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
Return- and Refund-Policy:
- Any defective, damaged or incorrect orders shipped will be replaced or refunded according to our terms and conditions ONLY if we are notified within 14 days of receiving your order and it is reasonable to do so.
- All products and services are subject to availability. Thecaliconnection.eu endeavors to keep accurate stock levels however in the event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you by email and or telephone to discuss the options available. If a suitable replacement is not available we will refund you for this item. If the item purchased is still required and a similar replacement cannot be found we will retain the order until such time that the item ordered comes back into stock.
If on receipt the goods are faulty then please take the following steps:
Take a few pictures of the damaged envelope and/or goods.
Contact us per email about the faulty delivery, please write to: email@example.com or call us during office-hours per telephone (+43-664-4602213).
Send us the pics of the faulty goods per e-mail within 14 days of receipt.
We can replace a faulty product within the first 2 weeks.
If the item is in stock we will replace it immediately. If not we will give a credit note or a refund with postage
Postage will not be charged on replacement and or repair of faulty goods.
If on receipt, you are not happy with the quality of your goods received please take the following steps:
